    Header design needs to be fixed, try using a more updated layer style on your font (maybe a plain gradient with a light dropshadow instead of a bevel). And also try using the font yellow to match the color scheme.

    Well, I like the design! But the upper right and left block should have the same hight. That will make the same more harmonous.
