good work. it's good if you just show a little thumbnail of your video (just show featured video, not directly show many big video in front of page).
A+ on the simplicity. Would consider an image logo instead of the standard block text which makes it look a bit like a parked page.
I'm not sure about the theme. It seems too broad to optimize for traffic. I really don't know if anyone is searching for most popular things on the internet.
