    Hey all!

    Quick question...

How do services such as Reviewme and Payperpost make money? Do they take a percentage of each review that is completed?

If anybody has links to this could they send it my way. Any info would help!

    Thanks in advance.

They charge for each post and pay less to person who makes post or review. Same as most site they take money then pay person who does the work.

They get percent off top yes.

When you start out they take 50%, I don't know if that reduces the more popular you become.

PayPerPost Marketplace charges a 35% markup.
PPP Direct charges a 10% markup.

ReviewMe charges a 100% markup, meaning the publisher only gets half of what the advertiser is willing to pay for the work.

Andy Beard's post on PPP Direct provides a nice breakdown of the fees and terminology of various services. See http://andybeard.eu/2007/05/payperpost-direct-review.html
