Valid information yet not attention grabbing information, Poor graphic design (color choice matters and gradients aren't the answer to everything!) and layout is congested with advertising.
You can place the ads below the menu somewhere else. Their mix of colors ruin your site. Some of your post titles are in camel case, and some are in lower case. Your menu links are external. I would rather place links that allow users to navigate the site easily. I think there are a lot of better templates out there.
