    Definitely need to change the header, with maybe a footer to match. If it were me, I would probably do a solid color banner at the top with my logo in it. Doesn't have to be big, maybe 50 or 60 pixels high. Something like this:

    theLoansDirectory

    You could also just go all white at the top, and center a new logo. Whatever you do, get rid of the $ image, just looks tacky.

    I really appreciate your help, since I am a newbie in SEOing :)

    jagan: do you mean the mod_rewrite feature in phplinkdirectory? i have just activated the url rewrite feature.. is it?

    mouseketrips: good advice about the logo. I must think about a good idea :)

    teammatt3: you are right, I just meant if you liked the overall idea; anyway I will work on some CSS as soon as possible.

    The images above the google adds vary a lot in shape. I would use 2 or 3 less. That would make the appearance more 'solid' in my opinion.
