    This sites actually quite nice, I would suggest a new logo but thats totally upto you, i would suggest maybe placing some keywords in the footer of keywords related to games linking to your games also i would suggest maybe adding google adsense aswell as the current ads you have, also create a page on your site for link exchanges and do link exchanges with other arcade sites to get links, hope this helps
