For me (on a 20MBit cable line in Spain that is normally blazing fast) it is very very slow. 8 seconds to complete for a site with nearly no effects is a no go.

proxylist.ws is slowing down a lot for me

 

Quick enough response time in the US, but sometimes a page will take a little bit longer than average to load all elements of the page (such as graphics).
