    When I hit the site I have no idea what it is for or about without reading down the page.
    I would consider putting a headline telling at a glance what the site is about so I can decide to stay or not stay.
    If I have to read lots to figure it out I will just bounce out.
    IMHO...

    yeah we have to make a scroll in mouse to identify this is forum,i suggest to remove the big intro paragraph if you really need that make a separate page and just link to that page in header.

    You have to do much efforts for this forum to get traffic. I would suggest you to change it's design also. over all it's ok.

    nice themes. When i visit your site, i hardly tell that site is a forum. So, if you can, you need to change your site therefore the visitor can easily understand that your site is a forum. thanks
