    Is the domain IndiaSpeaking.com is having recall value (will you remember it easily)

    How about categories and which categories can be added further.

    First of all you have got a cool header and very energetic colors. For categories, you can add a Humor category. Also you can add some Politics, Sports etc. Good luck with it

    Domain name? I don't know - if it would be an radio station site, then this could catch me, but I'm not sure what about forum.

    You could add some categories about music and movies, games etc...
