Hello fmirza, Bounce rates around 30-40% are pretty good. Once you get over 50%, you need to start figuring out why. Currently it is very busy with lots of calls to action. Most likely the user is going to be confused where to start. Also, your flash images. Some people are ok with flash, others put up with it and others hate it. The problem with yours in particular are that the type in the image changes before it can be read, let alone decide if they want to click on it. Then once they've seen it, they can't stop it. Some will just get frustrated and leave. Also, you might want them to be able to read other things you have on your home page, but for some visitors, it is too distracting.
