Your header is nice. I think changing the blue border around each section and replacing it with gray gradient will make it look more professional.

 

Size of header is small and size of the fonts of the selling products is comparatively large.

I changed the fonts of the selling products as suggested and added some color to the background of the menus (on hover). Maybe someone can help me with the logo-design, because i'm not so good in photoshop? Thanks!

Personally, I like it! Just cut out a lot more of the Welcome text, it is distracting from the actual products haha. Good luck mate.
