Review - How to make you're own waterpipe

I would like you guy's to review my small niche website "How to make you're own waterpipe/shisha/hookah" and also ask with it, is it legal to have google ads on a page that explains some tobacco.

Also, what do you think about the explanation?

There shouldn't be any problems with google. The design is simple, but user friendly. I was tempted to read the content, even when my interest in water pipes is 0 lol.

The design does not look professional you should get a theme and a logo for the
site.

 

The design works for what it is. I'm not sure about the ad being placed slap bang in the middle of the content - it's a little too distracting. Maybe move the banner to the top and have one of the thin link boxes in the middle?

Also, the title should be "How to make your own waterpipe." You're is short for you are.

 

Ok, thanks for the tips, I've eddited the site a bit and why should I need a professional layout? It's a 1 page website were people just want a guide how to make their own waterpipe.
