I personally don't like the look of the home page. It reminds me of a blog. Too much text and not enough images.

The use of jquery on the index is nice but when I click more info it does squat.

The words powered by WHM Complete Solution can easily be removed, if you're serious about hosting I'd say get rid of that text as it makes the site look sloppy by promoting the software you use.

The way the body's main content and the footer merge together looks like it needs attention.

The forums look a little nasty thanks to them being wider than your header and footer. Rather than having a seperate forum package which is most likely going to bring more spam than it's worth why don't you use the built in KB on WHMCS?

    As for:

    UNMETERED SPACE
    UNMETERED BANDWIDTH

I could put you to the test there by moving one of my sites over, I'm paying £850 a month for the hardware behind it but something tells me you'd not be too happy if I moved my monster site over to you in order to save £842 a month....

As for CPU usage, how is a punter to know how much they're using, you might need to clarify this and make it easier for you to bin clients who consume too much space or data.

I don't see much of a site there if I'm brutally honest, I see a whmcs install that needs a lot more work for it to be market ready in my opinion.

What abouts backups, where's the SLA, where's your phone number? There's a few things missing that are essentials on a hosting site.

Final thought: your tos are hind to find domains are well expensive - am I right in thinking you're aiming this at the lower end of the marketplace who don't know much about hosting?
