Thats a nice looking site, maybe i'm missing it but do you have a contact us form? i see theres live support and a phone number but alot of people i delt with in the past (working for hosting sites) prefered to have a email contact
I will look into putting a contact form on the site, if live support support is offline and they click live chat it will provide them with a contact form. Do you think thats enough? Or should i put a Contact Us form on there
i dont know about others but me personally i tend to look for another way to contact via email before thinking about live chat, maybe its just because i havent had much luck with live chat, always seem to be offline when i am online
I understand that Harris. We try to keep our live chat online 24/7, we have 6 chat ops and we are divided up in time zones to make sure we have a better chance of being online and helping our customers out.
Sounds like you have it pretty well covered then, thats what i always wanted to do when i was working with hosting have my chat/support divided into different time zones so it was pretty much 24/7 i always see a good company as being one that has good customer support, and stick with the ones that do, give peace of mind knowing someone is there if things go wrong maybe ad $ to the domain purchase page just to avoid confusion, (see it says it on the main page but not on the lookup page) good prices on the domain names, i have a friend thats wanting a .com, he's got a code for one for 4.99 for this year but might be back on your page come time to renew it nextyear, cheapest he has found so far is 9.99

I think overall the site looks fairly professional. My comments: 1. The colors are a little bit loud...I think personally I'd prefer a slightly toned down color scheme...even a very slight change (like decreasing the saturation of the colors) might make a big difference. 2. I don't like the live help popup. It's a bit obnoxious / pushy. I really like that you have a phone number displayed. That makes an immediate positive impression. 3. Also, I might fiddle with the organization... 4. Also the search box at the top..."search for a domain name" is a bit unintuitive. Also it seems like maybe you are wasting some space at the top of the page...there's not much up there, then there's a lot when you scroll down. Maybe make that header (the thing above the toolbar) a bit smaller? Just my thoughts.
