The site is well designed, the theme and the layout is good but I think you could add more colors into the color scheme of the site. I think it would look great if you changed the background color of the template to match the header.
I don't like the copy on the site. For example, on the home page "Our priority is pleasing the customer, not making money" I understand what you are trying to say there, but from the perspective of a business owner the first thing that comes into my mind would be ..... well if their first priority isn't making money, they will go out of business. I think I'll look elsewhere. I think that the copy is a bit too informal, and I'd add more testimonials if you have them.
