I tdont understand the langguage, but I agree too much decoration, try to make it less

I would change the header background, and put the header, menu and content in same width. Can't you put some more darker decorations in the background like the scissor on the right.

The language cannot be understand but your decorations and color schemes on site impressed me a lot..
