    What needs to be redone is the site's logo, there's so much effects on it that it's hard to read, try removing that layer style and placing a nice outerglow effect instead :)

    Your sites design goes with the theme . Only bad thing is a text on header you should change it .

    In Opera and this page is to big on screen width 1024px. Maybe it is because of these banners and wide pictures. Should be corrected.
