I think the double banner thing might be too much. Have to look past half page to see the forums.

Attractive design , and overall fast and easy to surf over the forum menus and categories well organized on an scale of 1 to 10 i will give an 8.

 

First of all you have got amazing domain name i really like your domain name and site is looking pretty cool and professional

 

Good looking site. Very clean and simple. Just enough touch of color. Your adsense should be the same color as the background instead of a full black. Love the hover effect of the navigation links.

I always approach graphics in a "brighter" fashion, but the site is pretty cool IMHO

its not open as a fit to screen........
can u change its resolution setting......after its look like DP..

 

Overall design is good, you should get a professional logo as well. As someone said earlier that you have a great domain so with that you can also get a great logo....

 

A web 2.0 graphics forum won't do so well with competition like www.fringefx.net, www.beeskneesfx.com and www.vibrantfx.net

 

this site is very great, graphic and layout is relevant by forum topic.
