the colors look alright, but the "home" link appears to be a dark brown which does not suit the look of the site since it is based in dark blues. also the image on the right which says "Therapy Business" has a very poor font to compliment it - i would recommend using another font. Also, why not just remove the text "THERAPY BUSINESS" and replace it with the logo you have on the right hand side? It would definitely make it look a bit better.
