I just checked your blog. It seems nice and simple. Just one important thing. You are displaying so many many posts in the home page. This combined with the videos, images and generally flash stuff could give slow loads to people, which is bad. If someone has a slow connection and he needs to wait 1 minute in order to visit your site, he won't come back again or keep reading. Moreover, I would like to see more pictures sliding at your "slider section". Also, you may put the categories widget in top left corner, because people may get sick of scrolling down so much. Just put it top and right down of it your ad blocks. Hope these help
