    Very nice idea. I was thinking of doing this in fall 2008 but then never took the initiative. Nice work with the design too. Looks good to me. Did anybody else notice that it takes a little while to load, or is it just me?

    i like the quick search part on the website which other job site do not have its good structured website with nice color yellow color theme.
