The design is not bad but I think the site would look better if you got a logo and some graphics for the header.

Yeah, the logo is missing here. And I would divide the info into several pages. It is difficult to scroll to get the important info. Maybe you should put a callendar on top so that the visitors could choose where to go. I would also put the menu to the left and add some colour to it.
