Very nice structure overall. Maybe you should look into making your logo a tad wider as it's too much blank space at the top. Also changing the menu navigation text font color to white would make it more visible. You should also check your images as I saw one that can't be loaded. Lastly in your footer menu, try to use a drop-down box for your 'Archives' as it will save you space.

I don't want to advertise but I ask you for an opinion, where I should put ads to increase my ctr, any ideas ?

 

I like the colors and layout. The bottom bit (terms of use/tag cloud) is a bit far down for anyone to pay attention to. Anyway to either make that shorter or to bring it up along the sides?
