Review Forum Please! How much is it worth?

    Please review this forum I own. It currently has 3,281 posts and 258 users. It is not dead. Someone else owns the website, while I run the forum that is associated with it, as the forum is on my server. Could someone also tell me about how much it is worth? Revenue sources are from donations and ads.

    revenue can affect the valuation of a website considerably...is the revenue significant? how many uniques do you get on average daily to the forum/

    About 50 uniques a day to just the forum, with a few hundred page views. I've received about $100 from donations and about $10 a month from the Adsense which could be placed at better locations then they are now.
