This is my upcoming forum that hasn't been released yet. Just wanted to get some opinions on it. The software is MyBB. There will be a new logo, someone is making one for me as we speak. www.forum-boost.com The idea around the forum is to help other forum admins turn their forum into a super forum.
I like it, you could go for VB, but MyBB seams to do the job for you. Add vBulletin in the Forum Support part.
