That's correct. Its a site similar to scriptlance....a freelance auction site.

    Thanks for the review.

    Hey Antonaf,

You've done an excellent job with the redesign. Night and day! I like the layout and you present the information people will be interested in upfront. This is 1000% better.

Are you still working on the content? It's just that every link on the bottom navigation bar leads to a 404 which isn't very useful. I'd also suggest a bit of padding in some of the tables if you're going to have coloured backgrounds as it makes the text a bit easier to read if it doesn't go right to the edge.

Yes, the backend is still being worked on. There are still things I need to do, but the front-end and layout is basically what I wanted to get a review on. Though, I have some work to do in the back-end, but you should be able to get a general idea of how the site would look and should work once its fully completed.

Just curious, did you write the backend yourself or are you using the scriptlance type script.

I did not write the back-end myself, I do not code.

I have a handful of good programmers I use and I also find a host of good programmers on sites like scriptlance, getafreelancer, elance, and even on forums like DP.

My technical skill level is: networking, system admin, etc. so I host my own web servers, database servers, and manage my own network, but I get help from others to write code for me. I can do little things and modify a script, code, or site (layout and style) but not create an entire site like TechReferrals.com from scratch.

My biggest strength (and what I am most interested in) is web marketing! :)

The redesign is a huge improvement!

One suggestion though: I'd flip the images on the main page or find some different ones. Make the stiff guys in suits to be Buyers and the casual dude as a Provider

Thanks for the suggestion. That may be better. I'll give it some thought. Thanks.

The site is very clean and well designed. I like how you put the two links at the very top of the page that direct the visitor based on what they want to do. Also, listing the premium and featured projects on the front page is a nice way of keeping people at the site since they can browse the top available projects immediately. To aid in your SEO you could add a tagline to the Buyers and Providers that include your keywords:

Buyers - Looking for a project?
Providers - Looking for a freelancer?

    That sort of thing.
