The flash kind of takes a while to load.. for the flash design, I think the people look to basic more details would look nicer. For the homepage, I think the animation on the navigation is kind of distracting a static version of the graphic would work out better
Flash looks good .. title blue color (effect) on black background makes it difficult for visual perspective ... Enter site button is done very keenly and i like it most !! good work mate
