I think you should select different logo for your site , this is not looking good at all for your site

Clean and simple. Not too many ads. A more attractive header might add more appeal to your directory.

i like phplink. but i think u should customize to your preference. like change the logo and links. that will make your site more professional looking.

I agree to the previous comments. First you should work on your logo and then if possible make some modifications to the current template to add more colors, text etc. Best of luck
