I'm planning on pushing my home computer pc support forum but would like some feedback and suggestions on making this useful for less technical users. It needs to be a forum for people to ask for computer help without needing too much technical know how.

Can anyone offer any ways that this could be improved?

Domain is way too long, shorten it up, it's not too late to do so.

You should use better theme for your forum and get more members to make your forum popular

I like the design of your site, but the red theme is a little harsh on the eyes, and a tad too girly. Also, perhaps you could include a small text area at the top of the page to explain briefly to users that the purpose of the site is to provide computer help for those without a technical background.

The domain is long but recognizable, the forum itself is TOO RED! :) reminds me of red-gsm.net.
