Address munging is usually considered the practice of disguising an email address by scrambling stuff or using special symbols. Like me *AT* example *DOT* com.

It now tends to refer to also using ASCII or javascript or other methods to disguise the email address.

"Address munging" is the slang term for email address encoding, but the term is essentially *the* term for, well, address munging. See, for example, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Address_munging

I think there's way too much text in your site.. I would get a header design (where the grey area is) replaced with a logo along with a gradient bar. There shouldn't be a worry about SEO because you have the same text repeated below.

Thanks for the suggestions. I don't like the web1.0ish look to the site. I'm thinking of starting a contest to make a site layout design, a logo design, or a header design.

Keep bringing the suggestions. I need suggestions for everything.

Can I get some suggestions for ad placement? My CTR is 0.27%. From what I've heard, that's pretty bad.
