Review for a blog

I have started a blog recently for fun and I have added adsense because I figured it can't hurt. I am interested in more exposure obviously and I was wondering what others think about the site in general. I am not the best designer and the logo I'm using is kind of just a placeholder until I can get something better, but what can I improve here? Thanks in advanced.

I think the layout needs a design element to it.. maybe a graphic header? It's a good start though

 

What do you mean by a graphic header? Like where would that go? I have the banner on top, do you mean the portion where each post title is displayed?

 

No ... I think he meant by graphic header is the top banner ... with a strange face D) ... yes you can make it better ...

I think you didn't chose the appropriate colors.Too much grey and orrange make the site gloomy.

 

definately needs a redesigns IMO, even a nice free template
