    Perhaps move the adsense banner between "Some Jobs by categories" and "Some Jobs by location" just to break the text up a little.

    Move the "New Jobs, See All Jobs Listing Banner" down the right hand side.

    A little more organization with the jobs. Maybe put them in alphabetical order. And like the comment about adding in your own logo is a good idea.

    Hi
    Good site design. Maybe its the copy editor in me, but do you realise that the graphic around the search boxes on the home page reads "over 1 million jobs offerts ..." - which to a native English speaker makes me wonder how carefully the rest of the content has been checked. As I say, maybe just me being picky, but a simple thing to change hopefully.
