has the potential to be a very nice site!! make sure you have a good strategy to monitorise (SP) it!

Also have you thought about increasing the size of the design? It feels very narrow - maybe a fluid layout might be better, considering will prob. have a lot of information to display?

Okay, I think I made some finishing touches to my site:

    http://www.findskiresort.com

I have thought about making a fluid design yeah but I want to try out the fixed width first because converting it to a fluid design is substantial work so I may have a go with that when I have some more time :)

I have a 1680x1050 widescreen monitor, and I think more people are using widescreen monitors now, and fluid designs on most websites look bad on them in my opinion. I like your fixed width design. The wrapper is a bit narrow though in my opinion (780 px). I read that most people use 1024x768 resolution, so I would use a wrapper that is around 970px.

Thank you for the two comments so far, does anyone have any others? I have thought about making it wider but from the stats on another website that I use, there are many people still using 800x600 at the moment (unfortunately!)

I would really like to make it wider but have no wish to alienate the type of market that this website is reaching at - and one of the most likely to have this kind of resolution I think (the old family pc at home etc). Maybe something to do later =)
