Positive aspects: energy, enthusiasm, and colour scheme. Negative aspects: just about everything else. The website seems to be your attempt to offer web development services, but that niche is ultracompetitive and your effort makes it obvious you are just starting out. Most of your pages contain just filler content, and the lack of a public track record only enhances the impression that you are hardly qualified to compete via the web. All the hype and flowery language doesn't disguise anything. What I would suggest is, go for something much simpler and easier to understand - web services for hire - but target only those companies in your locality, whom you can personally visit and offer your services to. You don't even need a website to target companies like that - just a business card and a brochure. Once you have enough experience under your belt, you can go for something more ambitious like EnS, and make a decent run at taking a sliver out of the web dev outsourcing market.
