It's not looking so much professional.
You should add some attractive images and add more contents over there.
Then I think it'll be more beautiful and professional.

Attractive images often disturb users from main thing - content - which is generated by the visitors of website and product/service provider who installs it on the website generated.
Clean and simple design is common for most popular feedback services like uservoice and userecho
Anyway, it is possible to adjust the design according to customers needs.

It is pretty basic. Site was real slow loading for me. Not sure if maybe just time of day.
    It's clean and very readable.

xendurinan - thanks for your feedback! The particular server is not fast enough, that could be the cause of show loading time.
