I been blogging for a while now, without any success. Got some $10 from adSense since last October. This month I started a new blog, Tech Trends url -- http://techtrendsdot.blogspot.com It is only one week old and I don't know which way I should move. Tried to become affiliate in Chitika last week but only to be declined by their server. Please, If anyone can help me earn some money from blogging, that would be of great help. I would be happy with a $30 month blog. Ya, being bit realistic for the moment. Thanks a mill in advance. http://techtrendsdot.blogspot.com
I like the design. Pure white. I believe there is a bright future for your blog. Just continue doing what you love to do.
Thank you so much Bohol, that really motivates me to continue with what I'm doing... I was feeling bit low after couple of weeks, since I didn't see any improvement in traffic from day 5. Well now getting under 20 visits/day. Probably I have to show bit more patience and continue with posting. Anyways, thanks for reviewing my blog, Bohol. Appreciate a lot.
While i love white, i find it glaring at me, i would break up some of the white as i find it harder to focus in on the text with so much white screen staring back at me, some way that makes me zone in on the text would be cool. But overall i looks like a good blog.
Hi Pipes, what do you think of that blog in blog color? The one under my signature. I haven't asked anyone to review it. I don't like nasty comments. I feel that with your lots of green reps, I can trust the sanctity of your judgment.
Hi Bohol, am i looking at this one? webhostingreality.blogspot.com or http://www.webhostingreality.com/ ? Dont worry il not give nasty comments im in no position to be harsh as im currently learning everything i can to try and create my own first wordpress theme.
I've been in your shoes before . . (now I didn't make a ton of many but had pretty much what you want per month). First you need a lot of time to write (I didn't have enough) so if you do great! Next you should buy a real domain name and get it hosted. You will look much more professional and will be taken seriously. Then you can promote yourself via digg and the other tons of sites like it to get traffic. I would have to agree with other users here. There is too much white and there isn't much to break it up. You also need a stronger logo. The problem with this type of blog is that only the blogs that get the inside scoop (and you probably know them) get a lot of traffic. . .then everybody just copies and rehashes the content (I was in the same boat). But if you can figure out how to get the scoop or go to some of these tech events then you have an edge and will be 'different' and many people will be watching your blog. Ultimately you gotta love tech because if you are doing it for the money it's not gonna last long. Skinny
