I have been working on 2 websites for the company that I work for and need some comments. The 2 sites are Citacomp test and The Photographic Touch. The content for the pages are being worked on so disregard it. Oh, and if anyone can help with the htaccess problem I have right now, it would greatly be appreciated.
Photographic is beautiful, all the colors match, the layout is nice and shiny (LOL - ignore the way i use Shiny), and i love the fact that you didn't make it so flashy that people may go blind if they look closer. About the other one... Do you want to try making it a little darker, that is, the green colour, or lighter, and possibly adding a little spic and span (your visitors might think it's slightly dull looking, but if you have wonderful content, they wont mind) I hope my imperfect and possibly useless opinion helps.
I kind of wish the layout wasn't so "thin." Like, I wish more elements expanded more across the screen as opposed to being so tightly packaged in the middle. There just doesn't seem to be enough "white space" on the page for me and that makes it hard to focus.

thephotographictouch is cool, eye-friendly, but in opera browser the welcome blue background is slightly to the right. just thought you should know.
