I like that you didn't go for a "wacky" or cartoonish background, but kept it looking professional. Good contrast between the theme and content.

Nice background but the side categories is way too long.

 

I always love to watch Cartoons especially Tom & Jerry are my most viewed cartoons like my kids. The whole site has a unique Background+color combination along with some very fine impressive design. keep on doing best work for your site. Wait for March and March is not so much away (The spring Season). I am also doing much work for my site but still success is far away. But I am not hopeless. I will keep on doing work,work, and hard work. My March is near to commence.

Hey, I like the theme. Its minimal and professional.

But as always I have minor suggestions to make it that much better.

The video in the blog, centering it would make it look much better.
In the header bar you website is "watch cartoons online" and so is the slogan next to it. I reckon make a new slogan!
The link in the menu called 'watch cartoon online sitemap' change that too.. maybe to episodes list or catergories?
On the main page show more than the last 4 posts, it has room there to fit atleast 8 i believe.
