    Just apply for adsense, if they approve you then its ok.

    Wow ... two wrong and one completely off topic answer so far. How about checking the TOS (you know, the contract you signed, when signing up for AdSense) once in a while:

    This rule even has it's own section with it's own heading and should be impossible to miss.
