nice look... use bold or <h3> for subheadings in your articles though (and without numbering them), it helps make them more readable.
Your blog has a good decent looking template, but what I see is you need to blend the Google adsense ads in the right with your current template, make it look like similar to your site's link. This will give you good clicks also the Topic heading font is little big in comparison to the text making some odd look, you may try minimizing it.
