First of all fix your URL issue ... Opening with http and https both ...... with http giving error first that site is not secure ... so fix this from htaccess to get more search engine attentions.

Refine the look and remove a lot of unnecessary ads. Introduce a demo service and a paid service (full access without restrictions)

 

I am slowly working out on refining looks and surely remove ads pattern in coming days.

I plan to introduce paid service only if it gets popular again until then it will remain a free service.

 

There are many ways and its depend on you that what you are liking and what is your budget? You can take premium membership of digital points to get more attention and traffics. You can use PPC. As i know many times me and my team used your website to check backlinks and looking is about same till now, so my one more recommendation is change looking a bit more to attract people. Your site was a bit popular in past and i think currently also but not like past time. So you need to improve your branding to restore your traffics.

I am thinking of running PPC campaign at FB by the way.
Currently there doesn't seem to be a common place among SEO professionals and webmasters like forums were in the old days. So, it's posing a little problem.

I will suggest you to use traffic promotional service like press release distribution, Because you relaunch website and so can get good topics for press release ..... You will get backlinks from reputed PR sites also ..... So it will help you in branding and popularity both.

 

Thanks for the link. I have looked into it but as currently DP forums are receiving very low traffic so there doesn't seem to tbe any benefit of premium membership. I'll definitely look into PR distribution but first I think FB groups promotion and/or using FB ads to target SEO users on FB seems to bring good results.

I got absent from webmaster world for 9 years and since then a lot have changed. Spam is high and real people are difficult to find.

 

It's not uncommon to find only 6 or 7 members online, sad......this place is dead.
