Avatar Cluster is a new fun website for people to come and get avatars to use on forums, Myspace, Facebook, IM, etc. Also avatar creators can come submit their work and have it gain exposure.

Just got over the 400+ images mark. Any other suggestions?

 

I think you need a few thousand avatars or more for a larger selections.

 

I would suggest replacing 'new images' with something like 'most popular images' and displaying six of them, to make it more prominant on the homepage. The popular avatars may attract people more if they see them, rather than the newly submitted ones which are probably lesser known. Also try varying the font size on the page, to make it more interesting and attract more attention where it is due, for example the titles and categories.

I also suggest you remove the red border from the logo, I really don't like it and it makes it look more like an advert than a feature of your site.
