Can you guys please review and rate the anime site I have been working on? I would appreciate any advice and comments anyone has, especially on the topics of SEO and Design. Also if you have any suggestions on what should be added/taken out I'd be appreciative for those thoughts as well. http://www.anime-stop.net Site Description: Shortened as Anime Stop, the Anime Stop Project is a fan run anime and manga site. It's different from sites as it relies on the users who download from it to give back to it with more downloads, it's not needed, but with an addition of a community, I believe a sufficient amount of people will be interested in helping out. The site has every type of anime imaginable, even a lot of rare stuff. You can also read HQ manga straight from the site. Once it gets up and running at full speed we'll be forming a Manga Scan Team and an Anime Fan Sub Group, but that is much later down the road. Does reading this help or sway your opinion in any way? I'm looking forward to the feedback.
It looks nice. One thing when I click on that Anime-Stop needs help picture nothing happens. I'm using latest version of FF.
Yes I'm aware of that one, I need to actually create the page that it links to. lol. thanks for reminding me, I'll bump it up on the to do list today.
Looks good, however the first page I went on was full of dead links. Unfortunately I've found that visitors rarely report dead links, you need to check it yourself / get a script made. http://anime-stop.net/downloads/ongoing-anime/bakemonogatari/
Yes I forgot the mention that actually. Anime Stop is actually a revival project of a well loved anime site. The old owner decided he wanted out, since i had a big role in the site I took over with the original staff. I transferred all of the old site's pages to the new site, so any page that we haven't edited yet will be dead. We're continually reuploading and have nearly half the site back online. Any page where you see links pointing to megaupload will be dead, we haven't gotten to them yet. Any page linking to lix.in is a page we have edited and is alive. No i didn't design it unfortunately, I don't have the skills to make the theme. I did edit a lot of it and made a lot of color changes, graphic additions, etc. In other words I made it fit to this site nicely. That's actually one of the themes I've purchased over the years. That's one of the characteristics that made the original A-S so great, your newest downloads was always no more than a click away ^^
