    Hosting is slow I think...

    -Watch Free Anime- hmm I dont know how about puting this above adsense. Maybe google don't like this... I hear about ban's for that.

    Maybe do something with navigation...

    The webserver is incredibly slow, and since you used images where you could have used css styling for background color, it looks poor until everything finishes loading. Tweak it a bit and it could look good.
