You could at least use a template planty of free ones, and have you paid to remove the powered by "php link directory"

I agree with amiman I think the directory looks very generic you should get
a get a professional template asap.

I'm viewing it at the moment. Is it supposed to be on a plain background with no color or are you updating it with a new template? It looks bland.

Also you have javascript showing at bottom of page. This should be in the following tags

{literal} your javascript here {/literal}

PHP:

I know because I have 3 PHPLD Directories.

If you havent already done it do not forget to put your own google ads on and not the ones that where on the template
