Unfortunately you limited my options. There's no way you can be scaled between 1-10. I'd give you -5 mate.. You seriously need to work on it a lot more. Your mainpage is what gives the first impression, your subpages are way better! I'd put more effort making it more clean, easy to navigate and pleasant to eye. Consider getting rid of the "GaMesBond News" section, the background and also reducing the weight of your header to match the actual body of your context. - AG
The design of the website is good. But none of your links ( except HOME ) work. Correct that. Also, reduce your header template in size. I give it a rank = 5
