[Review and Appraise] How much would this site worth?

I build this site almost a year now and it has been a great experience. A lot of people using my templates and I do really enjoy seeing that.

At one point, I'm wondering how much would this site worth if put on sale? Nevertheless, I loved this site and didn't see selling it for now. Just thought it would be good if somebody can review and appraise the site's worth.

• Free proxy listing
• Free web directory
• Some articles related to proxies and webmastering.

The theme, and the color scheme is nice but the upper half of the page
looks a bit cluttered.
