    I'd replace all the square blocks that are on top of the page by 728x90 blocks instead. Your current ad placement in the upper part of your site make it so that the first and a half page of any section of your site doesn't contain any kind of content. Just menus and adds. That's a major turn off.

    The ads which are integrated in the content are find, you did a good job for these.
