    You should get a descent ctr with the adds the way they are. You could always add a vertical banner to one of the sides. There seems to be excessive space at the bottom of the page.

    I wish to know whether I should align my vertical ads to very near to PR data

    at here http://www.livepr.info/internal-pages-page-rank.php


    whether there should be less space between the ads and the PR data?

    remove the bottom space. you can place ads there too. otherwise nice placement.
