Review ad placement on my site Please-get a linked on my site (First 3 People Only)

Hey there. Hope you are all earning well.
JJM(For those who know what it means )

Ok Now I have a network of blog sites running. They are basically entertainment related websites.

First of all I will like someone to review the ad position on my site - Gossip Site.

This site of mine - in just 20 days managed to get on every search engine's first page for more then 50 keywords and search terms. Its doing Good in terms of traffic (Aound 3000 Hits in first 15 days without any advertisments) earnign a dollor or two for me.

I will like you all to please review my ad position and colour scheme. First three reviews get linked on my website if they want. Thats the best I can offer.

 

i loaded up your page, and first think i thought was; does you site have anything BUT ads?
it may be bad for user retention, but ofor click throughs it may be good

So waht Do u suaggest? What Changes Do you Suggest?
I have three adsense blocks and out of the three one is in the second content hidden.
Other then that I have one banner.

How Shud I place my ads?

 

Ok I reduced the Ads. Instead of that Square Rectangle Block I have made it into a Smaller Ad Unit. Hope its looking better if not best
